    Good morning everyone! Today is a great day and I will share with you my experience with avoiding every Socia Media platform, including reading news online and watching Youtube videos before 7 pm. I have to be honest, I did notice huge changes with this experiment and even though I won’t keep doing this in such a radical manner, I will keep applying some of these techniques into my life.     Challenges for The Following Weeks

    During the last few days, I have been watching multiple videos and articles about different types of challenges. Some of them include trying specific diets, others are focused on practicing meditation and breathing exercises every day for a certain amount of time whilst others focus on the goal of reading 5 books a week. I love challenges.
