What Makes Me Feel Good
It’s fair to say that my free time during the last few months has been pretty unproductive. I felt tired after work, skipped the gym and any kind of physical activity and stayed home looking at my phone almost every evening. And I can see how badly this routine is affecting me. Good morning everyone! Today is a great day and I will share with you my experience with avoiding every Socia Media platform, including reading news online and watching Youtube videos before 7 pm.
