Challenges for The Following Weeks
During the last few days, I have been watching multiple videos and articles about different types of challenges. Some of them include trying specific diets, others are focused on practicing meditation and breathing exercises every day for a certain amount of time whilst others focus on the goal of reading 5 books a week.
